Last year, some participants thought they were registered, but they did not go through with all the steps!

You will not be able to register unless you watch the video first!

Step 2 – Registration, Pricing, & Payment

Please fill out your conference information, so we can get you registered in our system.  The form also contains information on how to pay.

University Student Conference Fee (WVRA Membership Included)  – $125 – University Student Groups Register Here!

Conference Fee (WVRA Membership Included)  – $175 (Early Bird)/$225 (after September 20, 2026) – Members Register Here!

Non-Member Conference Fee – $275 (Early Bird)/$325 (after September 20, 2026) – Non-Members Register Here!

Step 3 – Book Your Room

Oglebay Resort Group Rate – $150 per night + taxes & fees – Reserve by October 15, 2026!
