Step 2 – Registration, Pricing, & Payment

Please fill out your conference information, so we can get you registered in our system.  The form also contains information on how to pay.

University Student Group  Fee (WVRA Membership Included)  – $350 – University Student Groups Register Here!

Conference Fee (WVRA Membership Included)  – $175 (Early Bird)/$225 (after October 20, 2026) – Members Register Here!

Non-Member Conference Fee – $275 (Early Bird)/$325 (after October 20, 2026) – Non-Members Register Here!
