The West Virginia Reading Association Executive Board consists of 16 individuals who sit on the Board of Directors and 13 Committee Chairs. The Board of Directors has the authority over the property and affairs of the Association and will take such actions to facilitate the purposes of the Association. The Board of Directors is the legislative body of the Association.
