Installation of New WVRA Officers

October 13, 2021

In grateful recognition for their willingness to serve, let us now greet the newly elected officers for 2021-2022. A ceremony to install the officers will take place on November 19 from 8:30-9:30 a.m. during the Awards Ceremony at the conference at the Greenbrier in White Sulphur Spring, WV.

For 53 years the West Virginia Reading Association, has been filling the mountains of West Virginia with literacy leaders, who, in turn, have been changing the lives of West Virginians through reading. Let us be mindful of our 2021 conference theme of “Back to Our Roots: Fill the Mountains with Literacy.”

Let us use this officer installation to renew our commitment to literacy and continue to reach new members and offer new projects to meet the growing needs of today’s educators and for all those that value and love reading like we do.

Congratulations to our new officers who are now and will become pivotal leaders of the West Virginia Reading Association.
